Founding macOS Engineer

Own the native app: the global shortcut, the cursor-side panel, screen capture and the overlay that draws arrows on any display.

What you'll do

  • Build the menu-bar app in Swift, SwiftUI and AppKit
  • Make the push-to-talk path feel instant, measured in milliseconds
  • Map what the AI sees to exact points on Retina and multi-monitor setups

What we're looking for

  • Shipped at least one macOS app people use daily
  • Comfortable with ScreenCaptureKit, Accessibility APIs and Core Audio
  • Care about the small details of how an app feels

AI Engineer, Speech & Language

Make Bibbles understand people the way they actually talk, including Hindi and Hinglish with technical words mixed in.

What you'll do

  • Benchmark and tune streaming speech-to-text providers
  • Build the glossary and rescoring layer that fixes technical terms
  • Design evaluation sets and track accuracy release by release

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with ASR or multilingual NLP
  • Strong Python and a habit of measuring before changing
  • Speaks Hindi, or has worked closely with code-switched language
